EventFlow

Ticketing that holds together when everyone arrives at once.

EventFlow sells tickets for concerts, festivals, sport and conferences. Fans queue in the order they arrived, the inventory cannot oversell, and the QR ticket reaches the phone the moment payment clears.

The EventFlow storefront: a search over concerts, festivals, sports, conferences, theatre and comedy, above the three guarantees the platform makes about queueing, inventory and ticket delivery.

What a fan sees. Search and categories first, then the three promises the platform has to keep on the night: a fair queue, no overselling, and the ticket in hand at once.

What you get

Six parts of a ticket sale, in one system.

Everything between a fan searching for a night out and a scanner beeping at the door.

  1. Fair virtual queue

Fans are admitted in the order they arrived rather than by who refreshes hardest, and a place in line survives the tab losing focus.

  2. Inventory that cannot oversell

Every seat is held exactly once, however many people press buy in the same second. There is no batch of orders to unwind afterwards.

  3. Tickets on the phone

A secure QR ticket is issued the moment payment clears and lands in the buyer's wallet, so there is nothing to post and nothing to collect.

  4. A scanner at the gate

Door staff scan from a phone browser. No separate terminals to hire, configure and return after the event.

  5. Sales the organiser can watch

Revenue, paid orders, tickets sold and remaining capacity per event, with a fourteen-day revenue chart and recent orders as they land.

  6. Several organisers, one platform

Organisations apply and are approved before they can sell, and each one sees its own events and money and nobody else's.

What changes

The queue holds, and nothing is sold twice.

  1. The onsale is the whole test

A ticketing system is judged in the ten minutes when everyone arrives together. The queue and the inventory lock are what stand between that and a refund run.

  2. One system from browse to gate

Discovery, checkout, the ticket and the door scan are the same system, so there is no export, no reconciliation and no second supplier to blame.

  3. The platform sees the whole book

Gross merchandise value, commission and tickets issued are tracked across every organiser, so the operator knows what the platform earned without asking anyone.

  4. Yours, like everything we build

EventFlow is our own product, so the source, the schema and the deployment are all things we can hand over rather than rent back to you.
