In writing

Four things every client gets, before the first invoice.

  1. You own everything.

Source code, repository, IP and documentation are yours. We hand them over as the work is done, so nothing is held back until the final invoice.

  2. Phase one is fixed price.

Defined scope, defined cost. The specification and prototype are yours to keep whether or not you continue with us.

  3. A warranty, in writing.

Defects we shipped, we fix at no charge for the warranty period after launch. A support agreement with named response times is available after that.

  4. A free consultation before you commit.

A working session on your existing system or your plan. You leave with written findings you can act on with anyone.

How we work

Five stages. You receive something you own at each.

  3. 03

    Build

Working software every sprint, in your own repository.

  4. 04

    Launch

The production release and the tests that verify it.

Questions buyers ask

Cost, time, ownership, fit.

What does a project cost?
It depends on scope, which is why phase one is fixed price: after the consultation we quote a defined cost for a defined specification, so you are never signing an open-ended engagement.
How long does it take?
A standard web application typically takes 8 to 12 weeks. Larger integrated systems run 3 to 6 months. Either way you see working software every sprint rather than one reveal at the end.
Who owns the code?
You do. Source, repository, IP and documentation are handed over as the work progresses, and another team can pick it up without us.
We already have an IT team. How does this work with them?
We work inside your repository and your review process, hand over documentation as we go, and can train your team to run the system. Nothing we build depends on us to operate it.
Have you worked in our sector?
Across 18 sectors so far, including government, education, banking, healthcare, retail and transportation. The sector list on this page links to the work in each.
What happens after launch?
A written warranty covers defects for a period after launch. Beyond that, an optional support agreement gives you named response times, monitoring and continued improvement.

Start with a free consultation on your system.

Bring the system that worries you, or the plan you are about to commit to. We spend a working session on it and you leave with written findings, yours to act on with us or with anyone else.
