A system can count in more than one kind.
What you receive
Six things that arrive with every sprint, starting with the first.
Quality, security and documentation are part of each two weeks of work, so there is nothing left to bolt on at the end.
Web applications on React, Next.js, Node.js, Python or .NET
We choose the stack your team can maintain after we leave. Our own convenience does not come into it.
iOS and Android, native or cross-platform
Native builds where the platform demands it; React Native or Flutter where one codebase can serve both.
Code reviewed and tested before you see it
Automated tests, code review and quality checks run at every stage. There is no separate QA phase before launch, because the checking has already been done.
A demo every two weeks
Two-week sprints, each ending in a demo of working software and a chance to change direction while it is still cheap to do so.
Security built in from the first sprint
Security practices in every phase of development, so the release review confirms what is already there instead of finding what is missing.
Documentation another team could pick up
Written for maintenance and hand-over, so the system never depends on us to keep running.
How long it takes
Weeks for a web application and months for an integrated system, with something to see every sprint.
Timelines depend on scope, and you get a detailed one after the consultation. These are the typical ranges.
Working software is there to see at the end of every sprint, well before the final hand-over.
