Growth strategies
Product decisions made on your own numbers rather than on opinion.
Analytics wired into your product, experiments that settle arguments, and dashboards your team reads every week. Growth becomes something you measure and repeat, instead of something you hope for.
Bring your product and its numbers.
- A working session on your live analytics, or the plan for them.
- Written findings: what is tracked, what is missing, and what the data already says.
- Yours to act on with us or with anyone else.

What you get
Six things you leave with, each in your own accounts.
Measurement and growth work that your team can keep running after we have gone.
Every user journey, tracked
Google Analytics, Mixpanel or Amplitude set up against the events that matter to your business: sign-up, activation, purchase, return. You see the whole path a user takes, which page views alone cannot show you.
A/B tests that settle the argument
Controlled experiments on conversion and engagement, run long enough to be trusted, so the change you ship is the one the data picked rather than the one argued loudest.
KPIs your team reads every week
Live dashboards for the handful of metrics that describe product health and user behaviour. They are built for the people who make decisions, rather than for a slide deck.
Growth on a limited budget
Low-cost channels and tactics, tested quickly and kept only when they work. This is for teams that need to grow without a large marketing spend.
Know why users leave before they go
Churn analysed by cohort and by behaviour, then the fixes (onboarding, messaging, product changes) that keep the users you have already paid to acquire.
Your competitors, in one document
Competitive analysis and market research written for a decision: what others do, where the gaps are, and what that means for your roadmap.
Work in this area
Commerce and membership systems we have delivered.
8 of the 43: online stores, a healthcare consultation and prescription platform, an affiliate and membership system, and an event-day voucher system. These are the systems where conversion, repeat purchase and redemption are the point.

In writing
Three things you get before the first invoice.
01
The accounts and the data are yours.
Analytics accounts, dashboards, experiment records and documentation are set up in your name and handed over as the work is done. Nothing here depends on us to keep working.
02
Phase one is fixed price.
The audit of what you measure today and the measurement plan that follows have a defined scope and a defined cost. They are yours to keep whether or not you continue with us.
03
A warranty, in writing.
Defects in tracking and dashboards we shipped, we fix at no charge for the warranty period. A support agreement with named response times is available after that.
How it runs
Five stages. You receive something you own at each.
- 01Insight
A written account of what you measure today, what you cannot see, and what the data already says.
- 02Strategy
A measurement plan and experiment roadmap, with a fixed price for phase one.
- 03Build
Tracking, dashboards and experiments landing in your accounts every sprint.
- 04Launch
The first experiments live, with the baseline they will be judged against.
- 05Support
Documentation, a warranty, and named response times if you want them.
Other services
Growth work usually follows a build. These are the other parts.
Start with a free consultation on your system.
Bring the product whose numbers you do not trust, or the launch you are about to measure. We spend a working session on it and you leave with written findings, yours to act on with us or with anyone else.
